Jeff Potter is a seasoned finance and real estate expert with over 40 years of experience in investment, entrepreneurship and development. He has led the acquisition and successful development of over4 million sq ft of commercial real estate across the Western U.S., spanning industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and more.
A USC graduate with advanced training in real estate development and homeland security, Jeff co-founded A-American Self Storage, served as Director of Development for one of the nation’s largest industrial developers, and currently leads Tigre Investment Company, delivering strategic consulting and expert witness services.
Jeff’s leadership spans finance, construction, and regulatory compliance—and his work as aguest lecturer at USC and UCLA reflects his commitment to preparing the next generation. He brings powerful insight into how education, investment, and infrastructure intersect—and why real-world financial literacy is essential to student success in the 21st century.
